Delete your account

Baller AI, operated by renovait LLC

You can delete your Baller AI account and the data attached to it at any time. There are two routes: from inside the app, or by request if you have already uninstalled it.

If you still have the app

This is the fastest route and takes effect immediately.

• Open Baller AI and go to the Profile tab
• Open Settings using the icon in the top right
• Choose Delete account and confirm

If you have uninstalled the app

Email zachstricker55@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my account". If you signed in with Apple or Google, use that same address so we can identify the account. We will confirm once it is done, and we respond to verified requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your cloud backup, which holds your saved player progress, XP and training history
• Your sign-in session and the account itself
• Everything held on the device, including your profile, training history, match logs, nutrition entries and any video you recorded

What is not deleted, and why

• Your leaderboard entry. The leaderboard is tied to your device rather than your account, so deleting your account does not remove it. If you want your first name and XP taken off the public leaderboard, say so in your email and we will remove it separately.
• Your subscription. Subscriptions are managed by Apple and Google, not by us, so deleting your account does not cancel or refund one. Cancel in your device settings, otherwise billing continues.
• Records we are required to keep. Limited transaction records may be retained where law requires it.

Deleting a child's account

A parent or guardian can request deletion on behalf of a minor. Email zachstricker55@gmail.com and say that you are the parent or guardian, and we will handle it the same way, including removing any leaderboard entry.
